MESOTHERAPY

Mesotherapy is a new fat loss treatment that reappeared on the market in 2016. An injectable combination of amino acids is used in the abdomen, arms, or other body areas to break up and eliminate fat cells. The injections enable us to shrink specific body parts.

For whole body weight loss, other procedures are recomended, such as HCG, diet, Phentermine, or Phen-Tabz and excersise.

WHAT IS MESOTHERAPY

Mesotherapy is the injection of a custom blend of amino acids that break up the fat cells. The result is a reduction in fat mass in and around the injection sites.

Since amino acids are the building blocks of your DNA and your body, so Mesotherapy is just putting back in something your body is already accusomed to. It’s an all natural solution that your body is already accustomed to.

The Mesotherapy injections are created from a mixture of pharmaceduical grade amino acids, compounded in our own injectable formula. At Estucia, we have created a proprietary blend of amino acids that we have found to be most effective for weight loss.

HOW DOES MESOTHERAPY WORK

The injections of amino acids breaks up the fat cells. The result is a reduction in fat mass in and around the injection sites.

The first, most noticible results are a reduction of cellulite. Lups of fat are compounded together for a short time. Your body then digests the fat and eliminates it though your urine.

MESOTHERAPY RESULTS

Depending on the area being treated patients can lose as much as two inches of excess fat.

For an arm or love handle in an overweight individual, two inches of fat loss can be a typical result. It is important to note that the results vary from person to person, and expected results will be reviewed by our physicians prior to treatment.

The results will occur over the course of 2-4 weeks.

HOW MANY MESOTHERAPY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED

Although results vary from patient to patient, patients typically need about four treatments, about two to six weeks apart.

HOW IS MESOTHERAPY ADMINISTERED

Mesotheraphy consists of injections, applied diectly into the areas to be treated. Injections are performed as a simple outpatient procedure in our West Palm Beach office. You can go home immediately following your treatment.

Patients will typically have 4 treatments 2-6 weeks apart.

For an arm, up to ten injections may be used.

MESOTHERAPY VS KYBELLA

Kybella is only approved for use in the chin, neck, and jawline areas, whereas Mesotherapy is approved for use in various parts of the body. Although Mesotherapy can be used in the neck, we most often recommend Kybella for the removal of neck fat or submental fullness.

MESOTHERAPY SIDE EFFECTS

Redness and itchyness may occur at the injection site, and can last up to two weeks. For this reason we prefer to conduct several small injections, rather than all at once. This enables the patient to get a feel for the process, and become accustomed to the procedure and process.

Contrary to digestable fat loss solutions, which are intended for overall body weight loss, Phentermine, and Phen-Tabz, produce no internal stimulants. There are no internal side effects to your mood or energy levels.

MESOTHERAPY CANDIDATES

Most Mesotherapy candidates are those who have a controlled weight, which has not fluxuated more than 10-20 lbs within the past year, are satisfied with their current healthy weight, and are interested in removing excess fat or celulite from very specific areas of the body, including arms, legs, belly, bra bulge, or other areas.

MESOTHERAPY PROCEDURE

At Estucia, all treatments begin with a private consultation to discuss your desired results, expectations, and aesthetic goals. During the initial consultation, our practitioner in Palm Beach will take a brief medical history to ensure there will be no adverse reactions to the product.

After your conversation about your desired results, our cosmetic injector will let you know if you are a candidate for Mesotherapy. We will assess if it is the best medical weight loss treatment option to achieve your desired results. We will review the number of treatments that will be needed to achieve your desired result, and how much product will be needed for each treatment.

Once we are ready to begin the Mesotherapy treatment we will map out the exact location of each injection. There are typically a series of 10-25 injections, all performed at once.

We anethetize and numb the area before treatments. Afterwards we will provide a handout of things to do or avoid after your treatment.

For patients desiring more progressive results, an additional 1-3 treatments, can be done one month apart.

The entire Mesotherapy appointment, including the consultation, should take one hour. If you’re like most patients, you’ll return directly to work or normal activity immediately.
